Centre Moderation Forms
All feedback completed by the Centre Moderators following initial, interim and final visits are now completed online and copies are sent to the centre to review any actions that need to be resolved before the next visit.
Referral of Student Work
Complete this form and send it to your Access Centre Moderator to request a referral opportunity if a student has failed to address the assessment criteria of an assignment on resubmission, or has handed in work late which did not address all of the assessment criteria. Please note that a referral is not automatically granted and that students can claim up to a maximum of 15 credits as referred work.
