A high quality administration function is essential to all businesses and organisations, whatever their product, function or sector. Higher apprentices typically undertake a variety of complex tasks. They will have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility and will provide supervisory support.
This Apprenticeship provides the breadth and depth of skills and knowledge needed for employment in business and administration. This framework is designed to meet the skills needs of employers by
attracting new talent into a career in business and administration and
help to up-skill the workforce to replace staff as needed.

Guided Learning Hours: 296-398
Functional Skills
Higher Apprentices are expected to have already achieved English and maths Functional Skills qualifications at Level 2.
