We are seeking a Director of Digital and Business Transformation to drive our digital strategy, oversee business wide change programmes, and build the capabilities we need to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.
This is a pivotal role, working as part of the Senior Leadership Team and alongside our Board of Trustees to ensure digital, data and technology investments deliver meaningful, measurable change and transformation outcomes.
About the Role
As the senior owner of digital, data and change, you will set long term direction, oversee major programmes across digital innovation and technology modernisation, and embed a digital first, user centred culture.
You’ll provide executive leadership to Transformation and IT functions, ensure strong governance, act as Data Protection Officer, and champion smarter decision making through better use of data, analytics, and automation.
This is a fully remote, work from home role, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK.
About You
You will bring:
- Significant senior leadership experience delivering digital strategy and complex enterprise transformation.
- Strong skills in influencing Boards, leading cross functional teams, and communicating complex ideas clearly.
- Deep knowledge of programme governance, culture change, digital service design, and modern enterprise technology.
- Experience overseeing major digital investments, suppliers, and value for money delivery.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance, data governance, and cyber/data risks at a strategic level.
