    Use careers IAG to build understanding of careers in education, including of the main responsibilities and activities associated with two or more different possible career options, and the key differences between them.

    Review relevance of own skills, qualities, experience, training and/or qualifications for different careers in education.

  • 2.2

    Outline the advantages and disadvantages of different career options (eg time taken to train, level of salary, working patterns, work/life balance).

  • 2.3

    Explain how a selected career option matches own skills, interests and ambitions.

    Use information, advice and guidance about careers in education to produce a career development plan including
