Christmas opening hours
We will close for Christmas on Tuesday 23rd December at 5:00pm and reopen on Friday 2nd January at 8:30am.
Certificate Processing & Quality Assurance Deadlines
To ensure certificates are issued before the end of the calendar year, please note the following key dates:
- Paper-Based Exams: Last date for quality assurance, processing, and certification: 12th December 2025.
- Online Exams: Last date for quality assurance, processing, and certification: 12th December 2025
- Certificates Dispatch: Exams that have been quality assured, processed, and passed by these dates will have certificates sent by 16th December 2025.
- Digital-Only Exams: Exams not requiring physical certificates will continue to be quality assured and processed until 5:00 PM on 23rd December 2025.
Normal service will resume on 2 January 2026. Please allow for possible delays as we catch up on processing.
Christmas donation
As with tradition, we have made a charity donation instead of sending printed Christmas cards. This year, we will support Standing Tall, a homelessness charity that helps people rebuild their lives by matching them with a stable job, a safe home and the right support.
