    Identify key aspects of health and safety in a specific Land-based workplace (e.g. use of PPE, safe storage of medicines)

  • 1.2

    Identify main responsibilities of employers in relation to health and safety.

  • 1.3

    Identify main responsibilities of workers in relation to health and safety in a specific Land-based workplace.

  • 1.4

    State what to do if they identify risks, hazards, accidents or sudden illnesses in a specific Land-based workplace.

2. — Know the hazards and risks that can arise in a Land-based workplace.

    Give examples of main hazards and risks in a specific Land-based workplace.

    Outline what makes these factors risky or potentially hazardous.

3. — Know why it is important to pay attention to health and safety in a Land-based workplace.
