    Take part in activities that make them feel good about themselves.

    Recognise the key signs they are finding it difficult to cope.

    Use appropriate techniques to combat negative feelings (e.g. anxiety) that they experience in frequently-occurring situations (e.g. speaking in class).

Be able to access sources of support for mental wellbeing.

    Identify people and places they can go to for help with mental wellbeing.
