Assessment Criteria

  • 1.1

    State some key facts about the job role applied for.

  • 1.2

    Identify key information to share with interviewer in response to given straightforward questions (likely to be asked at interview).

  • 1.3

    State time and place of interview.

  • 1.4

    Agree an appropriate outfit.

2. — Be able to present self positively at an interview.

Assessment Criteria

  • 2.1

    Arrive on time and in the right place for interview.

  • 2.2

    Present self appropriately in terms of appearance and behaviours.

  • 2.3

    Give simple, relevant answers to straightforward questions.

3. — Be able to review own performance in an interview.

Assessment Criteria

  • 3.1

    Identify aspects of the interview that went well.

  • 3.2

    Identify aspects of the interview they found difficult.
