Aim

To help learners contribute to setting meaningful work-related targets that will increase their employability.

Unit Learning Outcomes

Be able to suggest areas of focus for work-related targets.

Assessment Criteria

    Communicate to others things they would like to be able to do in a work context, for which targets could be set.

Know own work-related targets.

Assessment Criteria

  • 2.1

    Identify the main skills or aspects of knowledge to be developed in order to achieve each of their work-related targets.

  • 2.2

    State how achieving each target will help them in the workplace.
