Aim

To equip learners with the skills they need to tackle problems that occur in the workplace.

Unit Learning Outcomes

Be able to tell others about a work-related problem.

    State what is making a specific situation problematic at work (e.g. ‘I’ve been asked to photocopy some letters but I don’t know how to work the photocopier).
