    Communicate to others that a problem has arisen in a work setting.

    State what is making a specific situation problematic at work (e.g. ‘I’ve been asked to photocopy some letters but I don’t know how to work the photocopier).

2. — Be able to get help in solving problems.

    Identify people in the work setting who can help solve a specific problem.

3. — Be able to identify possible solutions to a work-related problem.

    List different possible solutions to a specific, simple work-related problem.
