    Carry out a review of progress against personal targets in line with organisational requirements.

    Identify factors that have supported their progress in working towards or meeting personal targets.

    Identify factors that are preventing or hindering progress.

    Outline next steps towards meeting personal targets and/or setting new targets as appropriate.
