    Outline the processes needed to create a remix.

    Identify different technology that can be used for remixing and audio production.

2 — Be able to produce a remix of a piece of music.

Assessment Criteria

  • 2.1

    Use audio editing to create a simple remix in a style appropriate to the selected song. 

  • 2.2

    Use effects to create some new elements while retaining key aspects of the original song.

  • 2.3

    Use editing tools and effects to create a mix-down.

3 — Be able to play and review own audio productions.

    Use appropriate technology to play own audio productions and remixes to others.

    Outline successful aspects of own remix production and areas for improvement.
