Be able to analyse psychological treatments for coping with mental and physical ill health.

Psychological treatments i.e. CBT, IPT, cognitive therapy, psychotherapy.

Understand self-management techniques recommended by professional psychologists.

Self-management techniques i.e. self-control therapy, behaviour group therapy, self-monitoring, self-administered consequences, chronic disease management, NICE guidelines.
