  Identify the major parts of the fuel system of both the spark ignition and compression ignition engines

  State the precautions to be taken when working on fuel systems

3 — Be able to change fuel and air filters

  Change an engine air filter element
• 3.2
  Change a compression ignition engine fuel filter and bleed system.

  Perform visual check for fuel leakage
