Be able to use hand stitching techniques used in tailoring.

    Produce a reference folder of tailoring stitching samples, including:
    a) pad stitch
    b) basting stitch
    c) back stitch
    d) felling stitch
    e) mark stitch
    f) cross stitch
    g) blind stitch
    h) handmade buttonhole
  • 2.2
    Supplement each sample with explanatory diagrams and notes on use.

Be able to use standard and personal measurements.

    Compare standard measurements to personal measurements for each body section.
