    Follow organisational protocols to set up an observation, including gaining any necessary permissions.

    Conduct self in an appropriate manner during the observation.

     Identify aspects of the teaching and learning activity being observed, relevant to the focus and purpose of the observation.

    Record observations in an appropriate format.
