Assessment Guidance

For Learning Outcome 4, learners need to demonstrate leadership and management skills which will be valuable in business. They may lead one or more aspects of a project, rather than a full project; hence a group of learners should each be able to lead different parts of a single, shared larger project. It is desirable but not essential that the project is business-related (such as setting up and/or running an enterprise).
