Aim

In this unit, learners will learn how to listen and respond to spoken language in a variety of contexts.

    2.1: Listen and respond to information, for example:

    • actively listen during individual or group conversations
    • provide responses that show attention to what has been said

    Use appropriate verbal and non-verbal strategies to clarify and confirm understanding with others.
