Once we have received your application to run additional qualifications, a member of our Business Development Team will contact you and take you through the next steps.
Once your application has been reviewed
Your Business Development Manager will be in touch with you to complete a separate form, which is on Prism, our online platform. They will also be able to provide some support during the Qualification Approval process.
Delivery of any qualification, including Access to HE Diplomas, must not commence until written approval has been granted.

Section A - Qualification Application
Captures the scope of your application and brief details of how you plan to offer the qualifications applied for.
Section B - Qualification Application for Access to HE
Please complete this section if you are applying for approval to offer our Access to HE Diplomas.
Section C - Qualification Application for ESOL
Please complete this section if you are applying for approval to offer our ESOL qualifications.
Section D - Centre Declaration
This section confirms that the Centre understands its obligations with regards to working with Gateway Qualifications.
Section E - Business Development Review
This section is to be reviewed by your Business Development Manager and confirms that all other sections have been completed.
Approval Review
An External Quality Assurer (EQA) will review your application, and a confirmation of approval email will be sent to your Centre.
