Sarah Southworth enrolled in the Level 1 Essential Digital Skills qualification to update her knowledge in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. These skills were crucial for her role as a Teaching Assistant.

They’ve also developed CVs and cover letters, improving their employability prospects. Through creating Word documents and PowerPoint presentations, they’ve seamlessly integrated digital skills into their other courses at college and within their home lives – helping with homework, etc.

This progress brings immense pride to both me and my team, and as a college, it transforms lives and builds a better future for all. Helping others transform their digital lives and build a brighter future is such a meaningful contribution for everyone involved.”
