This session will consider Level 1 and 2 Business qualifications units and will focus on:

  • the standardisation of assessment decisions, ensuring validity and sufficiency of assessment outcomes
  • effective assessment planning
  • reliable and effective assessment methods
  • quality of feedback from assessors and IQAs
