Guidance on marketing our products and services
Recognised Centres are responsible for ensuring all marketing communications comply with relevant legislation and guidance. To support this, we’ve published a new document: Marketing Gateway Qualifications Products and Services – Guidance. It outlines how to promote our qualifications effectively and responsibly, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Defining the role of the Centre Contact
The Centre Contact plays a vital role in ensuring key updates about delivery, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance are shared across an organisation. We’ve clarified the responsibilities of this role to reflect its importance in maintaining standards and supporting regulatory obligations. All staff currently listed as Centre Contacts have been asked to confirm whether they are still the appropriate person for this role. If you believe you should be the Centre Contact for your organisation, please email enquiries@gatewayqualifications.org.uk so we can update our records accordingly.
