Aim

To help learners to identify where they are making progress towards employment and where they are not, and how they might move forward.

Unit Learning Outcomes

Be able to review own progress towards employment goals.

Assessment Criteria

    Give examples of things they now know or can do, or have improved on, since the start of their course or the last review point, which will help them achieve their employment goals.

    Identify things they are finding difficult in relation to working towards their employment goals.

Be able to respond positively to feedback from others.

    Actively listen to feedback from others.
