Aim

To help learners to identify where they are making progress towards employment and where they are not, and how they might move forward.

Unit Learning Outcomes

1.

Be able to review own progress towards employment goals.

Assessment Criteria

  • 1.1

    Outline improvements in or development of skills, knowledge, attitudes or behaviours which will increase their chances of achieving their employment goals.

  • 1.2

    Identify areas where they have not been able to make progress or where progress has been slower than expected.

  • 1.3

    Identify possible reasons for slow progress or lack of progress.

Be able to respond positively to feedback from others.

Assessment Criteria

  • 2.1

    Actively listen to feedback from others.

  • 2.2

    Use feedback from others to help them make progress.

3.

Be able to identify next steps towards achieving own employment goals.

Assessment Criteria

  • 3.1

    Identify specific targets and/or actions to take that will support further progress towards their employment goals.
