Be able to negotiate dates for target completion.

    Through discussion with others, agree dates for target completion which allow a suitable time for the learning needed.

    Outline the knowledge, skills or behaviours they will need to develop to meet each target, including the standard required (e.g. ‘using 3 digit numbers’).

    Identify specific activities or elements of their programme which will provide opportunities to work towards each target.

    Outline how meeting each target will help them progress towards their longer-term goals.
