    Identify the skills that can be developed through specific learning activities (e.g. working in the college shop will enable them to learn to handle money and communicate with different people).

    Give examples of ways in which engaging in particular learning activities can support their longer term goals (e.g. ‘the vocational taster course at college will help me decide what sort of job I might want when I’m older’).
