This Apprenticeship has been developed to support those working in a range of management positions. Tasks undertaken by apprentices will vary depending on the level and sector in which they are employed. Tasks may include planning, allocating and monitoring the work of the team, giving feedback, briefing teams, supporting team members, managing conflict, resolving problems, procuring supplies, project management, agreeing budgets and managing and improving customer service.
This Apprenticeship provides the breadth and depth of skills and knowledge needed for employment in Management. This framework is designed to meet the skills needs of employers by attracting new talent into a career in management and help to up-skill the workforce to replace staff as needed.

- Assistant Manager
- Trainee Manager
- Senior Supervisor
- Junior Non-Commissioned Officer (Armed Forces)

Apprentices may need to provide evidence of their achievement of transferable skills in English, Mathematics and ICT in order to be awarded the Apprenticeship.

The ERR aspect of this framework can be achieved through either the optional L/506/1905 Employee Rights and Responsibilities unit included within the combined qualification or through the Skills CFA workbook.
