Join this practical webinar exploring our construction offer and progression pathways, showcasing how entry level and Level 1 qualifications are being used successfully to engage learners and meet local skills needs. The session features insights from Gateway Qualifications alongside delivery partners Coleg Cambria and Action Community Enterprises (ACE Project), highlighting real-world delivery models funded through the Adult Skills Fund.
Hosted by Chris Deeprose, Business Development Manager, the webinar will explore how these programmes support NEET learners, improve engagement and retention, and help learners take their first steps into construction training, apprenticeships, or employment. It will also address current challenges in engaging young people, who today’s learners are, and what effective 16–19 and adult construction provision looks like in practice.
Colleagues from our partner providers will share practical insights into learner engagement, what has worked well in their delivery, and how these qualifications are enabling learners to progress into construction careers.
This session is ideal for curriculum managers in FE colleges and Independent Training Providers (ITPs) who are planning provision for the next academic year or exploring new construction pathways.
