Gateway Qualifications’ latest staff survey shows that colleagues feel strongly connected to the organisation’s mission and are proud to deliver qualifications that help learners progress.

Nearly 90% of colleagues took part in the survey, which gives an annual snapshot of how people feel about working at Gateway Qualifications. The results were overwhelmingly positive, reflecting a supportive culture, strong teamwork and a clear shared focus on delivering high‑quality services for centres and learners.

Colleagues highlighted three key strengths: supportive people, flexible working and a strong sense of purpose in helping learners achieve their goals.
