Progression & Entry Requirements
There is no requirement for learners to have undertaken a specific qualification, but learners should be able to demonstrate the skills and ability to study at Level 3. English and Maths at Level 2 will provide a good foundation for successful progression. Learners can progress in a number of ways: - progressing to a larger qualification at the same level (Certificate to Diploma) - progressing to a higher level qualification - progressing to employment where they can apply their digital and IT knowledge and skills.Funding information

Additional funding information for qualifications included in National Skills Fund level 3 offer for adults
This qualification is included in the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) National Skills Fund level 3 offer for adults.
Qualifications included in the National Skills Fund – level 3 adult offer will be fully funded from April 2021 for any adult aged 24 and over who wants to achieve their first full level 3 qualification.
A funding uplift is provided for the level 3 adult offer based on guided learning hours which is based on the following:
- Qualifications of 360 guided learning hours or above – £600 per qualification
- Qualifications of 359 guided learning hours or below – £150 per qualification
