Sector-based Work Academy Programmes (SWAPs) are designed to improve the job prospects of unemployed learners while helping employers fill vacancies where there is local demand.
Following the original release of our SWAPs resources, we hosted webinar to introduce you to brand new resource packs that have been added to our ever-growing resource library.
Each pack is broken down into units, and contains a teacher delivery guide, a learner pack and a ready-to-deliver PowerPoint presentation. Resources are currently available in the following sectors:
