Gateway Qualifications offers a wide range of innovative, flexible and dynamic vocational qualifications that are valued and meaningful and which will develop the knowledge and skills necessary to gain employment or to progress through further study.
Many of our vocational based qualifications share common units and can be combined in flexible and innovative ways to deliver the most appropriate curriculum for your learners.
Graded versions of our most popular vocational subjects at Level 2 provide stretch and challenge for those wishing to progress to Level 3 vocational qualifications in the sector or a related area. And, like their ungraded counterparts, they are assessed through a portfolio of evidence. However, we also offer qualifications at Entry Level and Level 3 for learners who are just starting out, or who may be looking to progress to an advanced diploma or higher education.

Our Vocational Qualifications ensure that learners develop the technical competence and practical skills that employment demands and also the soft skills that employers value which often make the difference at the interview stage. For those still undecided on a career path or a specific job role, we have a complementary taster qualification which is available across many sectors.
A flexible approach that works for providers and learners
Flexible assessment with project-based working and shared units across many qualifications facilitate cross faculty teaching and easy course transfer. In addition, there are taster courses in many areas and movement between different sectors reduces non-completion rates.
All this results in a flexibility of approach which matches our range of vocational courses to individual learner needs with multiple entry points that allow optimisation of class sizes (great for classroom-based modules) and learner routes into courses.
And taking care of budgets too
Affordability and resources are never out of the equation and multiple entry points and co-teaching options contribute to best value solutions.
Vocational studies
In addition to full vocational qualifications, we also offer a range of vocational studies that enable learners who are vocationally undecided to have their achievements recognised across a number of different sectors.
