Direct Entry of Results – By Learner

There are 2 ways to use the Direct Entry of Results feature:

  • Direct Entry of Results – By Learner
  • Direct Entry of Results – By Cohort (recommended for smaller qualifications involving single units or components e.g. ESOL and Bitesize English and Maths)

Notes:

  1. Select Actions menu at the top of the screen
  2. Select Your Cohorts
  3. Search and select the cohort ID number and scroll down to the list of learners
  4. Select Actions drop-down (First column located beside a learner name that you are looking to claim)
  5. Select Enter Results/Claims/Assessment option
  6. Locate the completed units and Select Achieve from the drop-down list
  7. When all achievement drop downs are selected (as indicated by a yellow check list icon) Click Save to Basket
  8. Use the learner drop down menu (above the save to basket button) to select further learners repeating steps 6 and 7 until all achievements for all completed learners are added to the basket
  9. Once saved to basket the check icon will become a green shopping cart icon to indicate the claim has entered the basket

Note:

Should you wish to achieve all units for a learner simultaneously, proceed to select the double tick icon, the pop up will indicate you are about to apply achieved for all units. If satisfied, select ok

This bulk function will only operate for achieved only units and will therefore not operate for graded units
