The Digital and Creative sector offers a wide range of positions for those with Level 2 qualifications such as assistants or runners in TV, film and reprographics, through to more senior roles as technicians in fashion studios or broadcast production, or roles in digital marketing and social media for those achieving Level 3 qualifications.
SkillUP programmes are created from units within existing qualifications and enable centres to develop an offer that meets the specific employment needs of the digital and creative sector employers in their region and to adapt those programmes for learners who are new to the digital and creative sector and for those who are progressing within the sector.
In the example below a unit from the Gateway Qualifications Level 2 Award in Digital and Creative Industries qualifications have been combined with a unit from our Employability Qualifications to create ‘SkillUP to Digital Marketing’.
